* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Catano, Loiza, Rio Grande, Toa Baja, and northern sections of Bayamon, Canovanas, Carolina, Guaynabo, and San Juan. * WHEN...Until 700 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 350 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Juan, Carolina, Trujillo Alto, Canovanas, Loiza, Guaynabo, Rio Grande, Catano, Sabana Seca, Toa Baja, Vieques, Santa Barbara, San Isidro, Campo Rico, La Dolores, Suarez, Levittown, Hato Candal, Candelaria and Candelaria Arenas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
