* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Arroyo, Humacao, Las Piedras, Maunabo, Patillas, San Lorenzo and Yabucoa. * WHEN...Until 900 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 702 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
