* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Del Norte. * WHEN...Until 300 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain and heavy rainfall rates of 0.5 inches per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in additional flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Klamath and Gasquet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
