* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern California, including the following county, Siskiyou and southwest Oregon, including the following counties, southern Douglas, Jackson and eastern Josephine. * WHEN...Until 1245 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water on highways, and in urban or other low-lying areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1043 PM PST, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall later tonight through Tuesday will be of lesser intensity. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
