* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following counties, San Francisco and northwestern San Mateo. * WHEN...Until 430 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 226 AM PST, local law enforcement reported 2-3 feet of water over roadway on US-101 north of I-80 connector. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.2 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. - US-101 north of I-80 connector is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Brisbane, Colma and Broadmoor. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
