* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, northwestern Humboldt. * WHEN...Until 500 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 235 AM PST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 0.8 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
