* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 800 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 457 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
