* WHAT...Small stream, roadway, and river flooding caused by
excessive rainfall.
* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including Interstate 5
and Highway 99 in Butte, Glenn and Tehama counties.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1019 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, with
reports of roadway flooding in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chico, Corning, Orland, Tehama, Vina, Richfield, Gerber-Las
Flores, Nord, Los Molinos and Hamilton City.

Instruction:
