* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following counties, San Francisco and northwestern San Mateo. * WHEN...Until 445 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding on Highway 1 near Interstate 280 merge south of Daly City. Between 0.2 and 0.3 inches of rain have fallen over the last 24 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.6 to 1.2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Pacifica, Millbrae, Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Brisbane, Colma, Broadmoor, Montara and Moss Beach. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
