* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following county, northwestern Alameda. * WHEN...Until 615 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 408 AM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding near Interstate 880 High Street off-ramp. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
