* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Western Santa Cruz. * WHEN...Until 145 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1059 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain occuring earlier this morning with light rain continuing into the afternoon. Minor flooding has been reported in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 6 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are expected over the area through this afternoon. Minor flooding is expected to continue. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
