* WHERE...River Raisin at Blissfield.
* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The 10 PM estimated stage was 682.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 683.6
feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage late Sunday morning.
