lowest residential areas beginning to flood.

- At 9:15 PM EDT Friday the stage was 5.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 5.7 feet early Monday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 5.5 feet.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
