For the Saline River...including Rye...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saline River near Rye. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Railroad Bridge across the river east of Warren effected. State Highway 8 in Eastern Bradley County may be flooded. State Highway 8 Bridge at Longview between Ashley and Bradley counties and numerous county roads along the river flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Tuesday evening and continue rising to 29.5 feet early Friday morning.
