Black River At Corning affecting Clay County.
Black River At Black Rock affecting Jackson, Independence and
Lawrence Counties.
Black River At Pocahontas affecting Randolph County.
For the Black River...including Corning, Pocahontas, Black Rock...
Major flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Black River at Black Rock.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 28.5 feet, Highway 412 between Highway 63 and Walnut
Ridge becomes inundated by flood waters.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.0
feet Sunday evening. This is based off of future rainfall.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
