For the Ohio River...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ohio River at Point Pleasant. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 43.0 feet, Ohio Route 7 at Kyger Creek and Addison is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 39.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 42.6 feet Monday evening.
