Ohio Route 33 south of Nelsonville begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 20.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:15 PM EDT Saturday was 20.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.5 feet this afternoon.
