* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Maumee River at Fort Wayne.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, The lowest unprotected city streets begin
to flood. Parrott Road between Maplecrest Road and Hartzell Road
as well as residents of River Haven are affected by high water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 17.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 12:15 PM EDT Saturday was 18.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 17.7 feet this afternoon.
It will then fall this evening. It will rise to 17.7 feet
early Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
