Muskingum River At McConnelsville affecting Morgan County.
For the Muskingum River...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Muskingum River at McConnelsville.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Flooding starts in cemetery on the
southwest side of McConnelsville near State Route 376. More homes
start to flood near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow
morning to 11.3 feet late Sunday. It will then fall below
flood stage Monday evening to 10.9 feet Tuesday morning. It
will then remain close to flood stage until early Wednesday.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
11.3 feet on 01/15/2005.
