Ohio River At Belleville Lock affecting Meigs, Wood and Jackson
Counties.
For the Ohio River...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Ohio River at Belleville Lock.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Route 124 towards Racine is flooded.
Sections of Ohio State Route 248 at Sand Hill are flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 32.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 38.0 feet Monday
evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
38.3 feet on 04/06/2018.
