* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Montgomery.
* WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 250 AM EDT, the gauge at East Greenville on the Perkiomen
Creek has gone into minor flood stage due to heavy rainfall
from earlier this evening. Minor flooding along PA route 29
and State Street is already occurring in Upper Hanover
Township. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- For Perkiomen Creek at East Greenville:
At 2:45am the stage was 5.36 feet.
Flood Stage is 5 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
