For the Salamonie River...including Warren, Portland...Minor
flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Salamonie River at Portland.
* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The parking lot of the Portland Water Park
is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 2:45 AM EDT Sunday was 14.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this afternoon and continue falling to 3.8 feet early Friday
morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
