* WHERE...Big Blue River at Shelbyville.
* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Near record or record flooding is in
progress. Major flooding causes substantial residential and
business damage in Shelbyville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
