Mississippi River at Thebes affecting Scott and Alexander Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kentucky... Mississippi River near Hickman affecting Fulton County. .Heavy rainfall has ended across the region. The Mississippi River is already above flood stage in some locations and others will rise above through today. Crests on the Mississippi River will occur in the next 7 to 10 days. For the Mississippi River...including Cape Girardeau, Thebes, Hickman, New Madrid...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River near Hickman. * WHEN...Until further notice. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 39.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 46.5 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
