* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Rives is flooding and most farmland near
the river is flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 38.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:00 PM CDT Thursday was 39.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 35.4 feet Tuesday
evening.
