* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of East Arkansas, including the following county, Poinsett. * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 436 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Trumann, Marked Tree, Harrisburg, Lepanto, Tyronza, Weiner, Waldenburg, Greenfield, Fisher, Whitaker, Landers, Weona, McCormick, Weona Junction, Promised Land, Old Weona, Stewart, Bay Village, Maple Grove and Wiley Crossing. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
