For the Ouachita River...including Jones Mill Dcp, Arkadelphia, Camden, Thatcher L&D...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ouachita River at Camden. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins at this level. Access roads to commercial, industrial, and residential development are flooding.
