...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...Kentucky...Missouri...
Ohio River at Smithland Dam, Paducah, Olmsted Lock and Dam and
Cairo.
.The Ohio River from Smithland to Cairo will either crest by
tomorrow and hold steady through the end of the week, or just hold
steady through Friday. River levels at all points will start to
fall more significantly over the weekend.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Ohio River at Smithland Dam.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday, April 22.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 47.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 48.2
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage

- Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
