Lincoln Creek Near Seward affecting Seward County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Big Blue River near Seward. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, State Highway 34 may flood. In addition the Fairgrounds is flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.3 feet...or 3.7 feet below flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 20.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
