Lincoln Creek Near Seward affecting Seward County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Lincoln Creek near Seward. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Rural overflows begin across the area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.6 feet...or 1.4 feet below flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 15.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
