Mississippi River at Lansing affecting Crawford, Vernon, Houston and Allamakee Counties. Mississippi River at Lake City affecting Pepin, Wabasha and Goodhue Counties. Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Clayton and Grant Counties. Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting Houston, Vernon and La Crosse Counties. Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Clayton, Crawford, Allamakee and Grant Counties. Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Buffalo and Wabasha Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Lake City. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Structures on the lower end of Deer Island in Pepin area begin to flood.
