* IMPACTS...At 22.6 feet, Water affects the Midtown Marina
facilities and parking lot in East Dubuque.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.0 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 22.4 feet Friday morning.
It will then fall early Monday afternoon. It will rise to
22.1 feet Wednesday, July 10. It will then fall again but
remain above flood stage.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction:
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.
The next statement will be issued by Thursday evening at 1115 PM CDT.
