* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water affects Buffalos Front Street at
Franklin and on Iowa Highway 22 west of town. Water affects
Illinois Highway 92 west of Andalusia.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.2 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.2
feet early Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction:
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.
