* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...A portion of Deep South Texas, including the following
county, Cameron.
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 815 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in San
Benito and Harlingen. Flooding is already occurring. Between
2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.

Harlingen, San Benito, Santa Rosa, Rio Hondo, Palm Valley,
Rangerville, Brownsville, Primera, Combes, Harlingen Public
Library, Lamar Elementary School, Harligen Municipal Golf
Course, Valley Baptist Medical Center Harlingen, Mccullough
Park, Harlingen High School, Harlingen High School South,
Treasure Hills Elementary School, Harlingen Medical Center,
Harlingen City Reservoir and Harlingen Fire Department.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
