* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Kansas, including the following county, Trego. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1248 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - This new flood warning replaces the previous flash flood warnings which were in effect.
