* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast North Carolina, including the following county, Currituck. * WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 926 PM EDT, the public reported substantial standing water in the warned area, especially around Corolla. Flooding is ongoing. Between 6 and 10.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
