Carolina...
New River At Gum Branch affecting Onslow County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...New River at Gum Branch.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water threatens homes at the end of Forest
Bluff Drive. Minor farmland flooding along the river occurs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
