* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock And Dam 3.
* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 48.0 feet, The access road for the wildlife boat ramp
at Tar Heel Ferry Road may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 45.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 47.6
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage late Saturday evening.
- Flood stage is 42.0 feet.

Instruction:
