Water overflows the banks at the Arrington Bridge Rd and upstream of the US-117 bridge. Ferry Bridge Rd begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 17.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.1 feet tomorrow morning.
