Clinch River Near Richlands affecting Tazewell County.
For the Clinch River...including Richlands...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Clinch River near Richlands.
* WHEN...From this evening to late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water floods the baseball field near water
treatment plant.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening to a crest of 10.5. It will then fall below
flood stage late this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
