* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following
county, Buchanan and southern West Virginia, including the
following county, McDowell.
* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 348 PM EDT, Between 2 and 4 inches of rain has fallen
throughout the day. Most of the rain has exited the region,
but flooding still remains a concern.

Welch, Grundy, Davenport, Gary, War, Northfork, Big Rock,
Davy, Bradshaw, Iaeger, Keystone, Anawalt, Kimball, Jolo,
Avondale, Stacy, Panther, Oakwood, Coalwood and Hurley.
