Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Virginia, including the
following counties, in northwest Virginia, Madison and Page. In
western Virginia, Rockingham.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 452 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
tropical downpours. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area as creeks and streams rise out of
their banks. Rainfall amounts around 1 to 3 inches have
already occurred.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible
in the warned area.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
