Low-water crossings could be inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 407 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is expected to continue in the warned area as creeks and streams rise out of their banks. Earlier yesterday evening, the Nelson County 911 Center reported a few roads closed due to high water flowing over them near the Blue Ridge Mountains. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
