Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central Virginia, including the following
counties, Albemarle and Nelson.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 412 AM EDT, Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
Stream gauges continue to show a number of spots with
elevated river levels. It may take several hours until the
water fully recedes.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
