* WHAT...Flooding caused by upstream dam release is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Knox and Sevier. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1050 AM EDT, an upstream floodgate release is expected to cause flooding in Deerfield Trailer Park near Boyds Creek. Evacuations are ongoing in this area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
