A riverside parking area at the end of Luray Avenue is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:31 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.3 feet, or 1.7 feet below flood stage. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.6 feet tomorrow morning.
