* WHAT...Flooding caused by upstream dam release is occurring along
the French Broad River below Douglas Dam.
* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
counties, Knox and Sevier.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1035 PM EDT, An upstream floodgate release is expected to
cause flooding in Deerfield Trailer Park near Boyds Creek.
Heed evacuation orders from local officials.

Seymour.
