Counties.
...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Virginia...
New River AT Allisonia affecting Wythe and Pulaski Counties.
...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in

New River Near Galax affecting Grayson, City of Galax and Carroll
independent cities.
For the New River...including Galax, Allisonia, Radford, Glen Lyn,
Hinton...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...New River at Radford.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Significant flooding occures in Bissett
Park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.6 feet and falling.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:15 PM EDT Saturday was 31.0 feet which occurred
Saturday morning around 4am.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
overnight tonight and continue falling to 3.4 feet by
Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
