Water also begins to flow over Millville Dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 8.5 feet, or 1.5 feet below flood stage. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning to 11.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to 8.0 feet early Tuesday morning.
