forecast.

* WHEN...From Monday morning to Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Significant portions of downtown
Waynesboro are flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 6.3 feet, or 3.2 feet
below flood stage.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.1 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
11.4 feet on 09/05/1979.
